There simply aren’t any decent hotels close to campus, so we have contracted with two hotels in the South Aiken area, Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Townplace Suites (803-641-7373)—hotels owned and operated by same company and so same phone number. Rates on 9/22 for Queen Room are $99 + 12% tax, and $109 + 12% tax on 9/23. Rates for 9/22 for King Room are $119 + 12% tax, and $129 + 12% tax on 9/23. The cutoff date for CCA rate is 9/08/22. The cancellation date for full reimbursement is 9/12/22. Hotel will take full deposit 10 days prior to arrival.
To make the reservation, call the hotel directly and mention the group name.
There are also several fancy boutique hotels in the downtown Aiken area, as well as B&Bs. I would encourage you to do some research. We have no financial obligation to the hotel company if we do not make our block. Visit the following website for more lodging options:
