UNC Greensboro Department of Communication Studies- Seeking our newest colleague: Full-time Visiting Assistant Professor

Term of Appointment
Non-tenure track, one year appointment. Begins August 2021, renewable annually contingent on funding and job performance.

Duties
We seek a teacher/scholar with expertise in organizational communication, cultural studies of work and organization, or related areas. Teaching load is 3 courses per semester, and could include courses such as the following (and potentially others depending on department needs and applicant’s expertise): Organizational Communication, Communication Theory, Communication and Community (service-learning course).

Qualifications
Ph.D. in Communication Studies or equivalent field required at time of hire.
